Vanquish Leaders
Vanquish Leaders started as an invitation. In June 2023 Tankisho Kgabileng (founder and head coach, trainer, and speaker), was invited to deliver a leadership keynote speaking to the software development professionals for their team building event. At the end of the speech, the software development team was inspired, motivated, and challenged to act on the coaching and training they received about leadership.
Tankisho Kgabileng is a certified workplace coach with SACP (The South African College of Applied Psychology). Tankisho holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology and certificates in project management and business analysis. Tankisho has both IT technical and leadership experience, she has experience in Business Analysis, Software Development, Project Management, and Leadership. Tankisho has 10 years of experience in the IT industry.
